Why are they called wall tattoos?

Wall tattoos are a huge design trend in Europe and the US. The material used is a thin foil which lays itself so close onto the wall that it looks like painted or "tattooed" onto it. Wall tattoos are also known as wall stickers, interior decals, wall art or vinyl stickers.

 

Can I stick a wall tattoo on other smooth surfaces such as windows, doors, tiles and cupboards?

Yes you can! A general rule: The smoother the surface, the better it sticks!

On smooth surfaces, they will last longer and stick better than on rougher/coarse surfaces. They also stick very well on glass or mirrors.

If you are not sure, if the surface is smooth enough, then apply the free test sticker first. You will get one with every tattoo ordered.

You can even stick the wall tattoos on your car. But be aware that due to weather conditions, sunlight, etc. the sticker lasts only about 2 years on your car.

 

Which material is used for the wall tattoos?

Our wall tattoos are made of a soft, very thin high-quality vinyl with a matte surface. They last at least 3 years, but can be removed at any time.

 

Can the colours of the tattoos differ from the colours shown on the homepage?

Yes, they can due to the settings on your pc screen as well for technical reasons.
